This Information Text has been prepared by Digital Girişim E-Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Panda Sahne”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to explain the principles regarding the processing of personal data obtained through the website www.pandasahne.com, physical box office, call center, SMS/WhatsApp, email, and all other channels.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

To carry out event ticket sales, manage order and payment processes
To conduct event entry control, ticket verification, and seat allocation processes
To create, manage your membership account, renew passwords, and update profiles
To provide mandatory notifications such as ticket reminders, event changes, cancellations/postponements
To recommend events that may interest you based on your preferences and habits
To send campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials via SMS and email (if you have given explicit consent)
To collect payments through the payment infrastructure provider Tami, manage refund processes, and operate secure payment processes
To fulfill legal obligations such as storage, auditing, reporting, and invoice preparation in accordance with relevant legislation
To conduct legal, administrative, and operational processes with the individuals and institutions to whom Panda Sahne allocates its venue, including artists, organizers, and technical teams

Panda Sahne and Utopya Studyo area is a digital content production area. The audience present in this area has previously acknowledged that sound and image recordings may be taken in this area. The images, sounds, and content recorded in this area may be used in the brand's activities, on its partner platforms, and in future agreements and advertising promotional activities.

Transfers are carried out only in a manner that is compliant with the legislation, relevant to the purpose, limited, and proportionate.

6. Duration of Storage of Personal Data

Your personal data is stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing. At the end of these periods, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Panda Sahne’s data destruction policy.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK

You have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
