• You declare that the information you provide in all transactions conducted through the Site is accurate and up-to-date.
• Any attempt to harm the Site or its infrastructure, to conduct attacks, or to gain unauthorized access is prohibited.
• Uses that violate the personal rights, intellectual rights, or commercial reputation of third parties are prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, logo, brand, visuals, text, content, and all other elements on the Site belong to Panda Sahne or its licensors. These cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

It is explicitly stated that during the event and in the area, our team may conduct recordings in social areas and foyer areas. These images may be shared with third parties for promotional activities; detailed information can also be found in the KVKK information text. In case of any contrary situation, you must provide information before the event. In this case, your ticket fee will be refunded.

The use of images is specified in the KVKK Information text.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• Panda Sahne does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Service may be interrupted due to technical maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure.
• Panda Sahne cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from users' use of the Site or the information on the site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• Panda Sahne and Utopya Plato is a digital content production experience area. In this area, the audience's voice, image, and presence during the event may be included in the business's content. The brand may feature these images in promotional activities. The disclaimer of liability arising from this is explicitly stated.

6. Right to Change

Panda Sahne reserves the right to make changes to the services offered on the Site and the Terms of Use at any time. The updated text will come into effect at the time of publication on the Site.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to Turkish Law. In the event of any disputes between the parties, the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
