PRE-INFORMATION FORM (EVENT TICKET)
This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform consumers in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Basic Features of the Service
- Service: Sale of event tickets and right to enter events
- The type, date, time, location, and seat number (if any) of the event will be specified in the order summary.
- The ticket is only valid for the specified date, time, and event.
- Photo and video recordings are made during, before, and after the event. These images may be shared on our brand's digital platforms or those of third parties or organizations, as specified in our confidentiality agreement, terms of use, and KVKK clarification text, and may be used in promotional activities.
3. Price and Payment Information
- The ticket price, including all taxes, is displayed on the order screen.
- Payment is made through the PayTR infrastructure using credit card / debit card / other available methods.
- Installment options may be offered within the framework of the relevant bank and PayTR conditions.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in contracts made for entertainment or leisure purposes that are to be performed on a specific date or period, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
In this context, there is no right of withdrawal for event ticket purchases.
5. Cancellation, Refund, and Change
- If the event is canceled by Panda Sahne or the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded or a new date/option will be offered to the user.
- In case of postponement of the event, the ticket will be valid for the new date; if the user will not attend, refund conditions will be determined and announced on an event basis.
- No refunds will be made if the user is not present at the event venue at the time of the event, is late, or does not attend for personal reasons.
