DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (EVENT TICKET)

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the parties specified below in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer (Consumer):
The person who purchases tickets through www.pandasahne.com, whose information is included in the membership form or order screen.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the event ticket purchased by the Buyer electronically through the Site.

3. Nature and Delivery of the Service

  • The Buyer purchases the ticket(s) for the selected event on the Site for the specified date and time.
  • The ticket is delivered in electronic form (e-ticket, QR code, PDF file, or SMS/email confirmation).
  • Entry to the event venue is made through the name-surname and verification codes registered in the system or on the ticket.

4. Price and Payment Terms

  • The ticket price, including tax, is shown in the order summary.
  • Payment is collected through the selected method via the Tami infrastructure.
  • Panda Sahne is not responsible for any interest, commission, or other expenses that may be charged by the Buyer's bank regarding the payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; in contracts for services that are to be provided for entertainment or leisure purposes on a specific date or period, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal in event ticket sales.

6. Cancellation, Postponement, and Change

  • In the event that the event is canceled by Panda Sahne or the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded or an alternative date/event may be offered.
  • In the case of postponement of the event, the ticket will be valid on the new date. The refund process will be announced separately according to the event and organizer conditions.
  • Changes such as artist changes or limited content changes in the program may not be considered a substantial breach of the contract; in such cases, refund conditions will be determined separately.

7. Buyer's Obligations

  • To be present at the event venue a reasonable time before the event time
  • To comply with the security and order rules set by the event venue
  • Not to resell the ticket to third parties at inflated prices or subject it to black market

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure that occur beyond the reasonable control of the parties; such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, fire, epidemic diseases, decisions of official authorities, etc., the parties may not fulfill their obligations. In this case, the event dates may be changed, postponed, or canceled; the process will be communicated through current announcements.

9. Resolution of Disputes

In case of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer's residence or where the Seller is located are authorized.
